“The MoU is for the exhibition and when it starts, it will attract a lot of attention to Kaduna State. The real estate potential will be promoted, we will attract foreign direct investments, which is an opportunity to increase the internally generated revenue of Kaduna State.”
“It is also an opportunity to attract jobs in the State and also for the housing policies of the current government to be met.”
“So there are several positives to be gained from this exhibition as it’s the first in its series and we are hoping to use it as a promotion for our Company and as a State.”
“I’m very excited cause it’s a big deal for us and we hope the State feels the same. We intend to make it as big as KadInvest, we are looking for it to become a legacy progress and Insha Allah, we are hoping it becomes an annual event that will attract attention to Kaduna State.”
“The project will commence in a few month’s time, tentatively in July, and we are working with our sister agencies, the private sector, stakeholders in the real estate sector, and foreign investors in the real estate and investment space as well. So it’s a big deal for us.”
