Keeping with its goal to upskill Nigerians in the area of renewable power installation, the Blue Camel Renewable Energy Training Academy, an initiative of the Blue Camel Energy Ltd has completed its 13th training session.

An amazing feat.

BCRETA has trained over 420 youths with backgrounds across Science, Engineering, Technology and Social sciences to perform a wide range of duties, from designing, building, repairing, and maintaining photovoltaic cells and solar power facilities to conducting research on new solar technologies;

They are also responsible for providing support services to their customers.

With the 5th Solar photovoltaic installation supervision course which makes it the 13th training session at Blue Camel Renewable Energy Training Academy, graduating 18 trainees at the Academy. BRECTA, therefore, rolled out the drums for the graduation ceremony.

With dignitaries from top-ranking institutes across the country in attendance, the graduating students have been able to make valuable networks and connections that would further help them as they navigate the industry.

The occasion was colourful with dignitaries from Nigerian Energy Support Programme – GIZ, Mr. Precious Onuoha, Representative of the Registra COREN, The academia was also not left out with paper presentation with Prof Y Jibrin , HOD, Electrical Electronic Department of the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, presenting on Acceptance of Solar Renewable Energy Generation; an Economic Solution to Epileptic Power Supply in Nigeria. The Corp Marshal/CEO KASTELLA, Major G.Y Rimi rtd presented a keynote paper on Building Relationship With Corporate Organizations within Kaduna State.

Other dignitaries both from the academia and the industry proper also graced the occasion as the graduants were treated to a grand farewell.
