Governor AbdulRazaq Reaffirms Commitment to Civil Servants’ Welfare

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State has reaffirmed his administration’s unwavering commitment to the welfare of civil servants and retirees, emphasizing timely payment of salaries, pensions, and gratuities. Represented by his Chief of Staff, Alhaji Abdulkadri Mahe, Governor AbdulRazaq described civil servants as the backbone of any successful administration. He commended the outgoing HOS, Mrs. Susan Dupe Oluwole, for her exceptional contributions to the State Civil Service. In his remarks, the Acting Head of Service, Mallam Muhammad Ibrahim, expressed appreciation for Governor AbdulRazaq’s visionary leadership. He also acknowledged the retirees for their steadfast dedication, stating that their efforts had left an indelible mark on the state’s civil service.

On behalf of the retired Permanent Secretaries, Alhaji Gesinde Amosa Adedeji, former Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, applauded the governor’s dedication to civil servants. He described the ceremony as a well-deserved recognition of their service to the state.
